Amar’e Stoudemire (notes) can opt out of his contract this summer and go wherever he pleases or he can stick around and make $17 million from the Phoenix Suns next year. He’s saying that he’d like to stay in Arizona if the team can "meet his number," according to the Arizona Republic. A maximum contract extension would have him making $17 million next year and than more than 10 percent more each season throughout the contract

Wizards sign Shaun Livingston to second 10-day contract

Wizards President Ernie Grunfeld announced today that the team has signed guard Shaun Livingston to a second 10-day contract.  Per team policy, terms of the deal were not announced. Livingston originally signed with Washington on February 26.  In four games for the Wizards, Livingston has averaged 3.0 points and 1.5 assists in 9.3 minutes per game. So

The New York Knicks have set an NBA record for 3-point futility by missing all 18 attempts in their 113-93 loss to the New Jersey Nets. According to the Elias Sports Bureau, the Knicks took the most 3s without making one.
